Scope
Scope: This standard specifies the principles, reagents and equipment, analytical steps, and result determination of the colloidal gold detection method for glyphosate pesticide residues. This standard is applicable to the rapid detection of glyphosate pesticides in tea leaves. Main technical content: Using the principle of competition in immunoassay, a certain amount of coated antigen is coated in the detection zone, and the control zone is coated with colloidal gold-labeled goat anti-mouse antibody. Through the competitive reaction between the colloidal gold-labeled specific antibody and the glyphosate in the sample and the fixed glyphosate antigen in the detection zone, the reaction results (color bands appearing on the test strip) in the detection zone and control zone of the test strip are observed. Then, based on the presence or absence of color bands and the depth of their color, the detection results are determined.
