Scope
This document specifies the requirements for pseudocode ranging in deep space telemetry and control regeneration/forwarding, ground station uplink processing, spacecraft processing, and ground station downlink processing. This document is applicable to the design of spacecraft and ground telemetry and control equipment that employ deep space telemetry and control regeneration/forwarding pseudocode ranging technology, as well as the design of terrestrial-space interfaces. It is also used as a reference for near-Earth telemetry and control.
