Scope: This standard specifies the terms and definitions, production area, requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, labeling, packaging, transportation, and storage requirements for Jingguan Plum Blossoms. This standard applies to Jingguan Plum Blossoms, a geographical indication agricultural product approved by the former Ministry of Agriculture, and the agricultural products corresponding to the geographical indication certification trademark "Jingguan Plum Blossoms" approved by the former State Administration for Quality Supervision and Inspection. Main technical content: I. Sensory indicators 1. Flower branches: The flower branches have short internodes, moderate thickness of branches, and dense flowering. 2. Flowers: The petals are pure wax color with a glossy finish, without water loss, and have a long oval shape with backwardly curled petals. The flower color is light yellow with a white center. 3. Fragrance: The flower has a rich and fragrant aroma with a long-lasting fragrance. II. Physicochemical indicators 1. Number of open flowers/number of flowers per branch (%) ≤ 80 2.
