Main technical content: The raw materials (sorghum) for brewing Sichuan Qingxiang-type white wine mainly include terms and definitions of raw materials (sorghum), technical requirements, inspection rules, inspection methods, packaging, transportation, and storage, etc. At present, there is no proprietary technical standard system for Sichuan Qingxiang-type white wine. The relevant standards include two national standards: GB/T 26761 "Xiaoqu Solid-State White Wine" and GB/T 10781.2 "Qingxiang-Type White Wine"; one provincial local standard: DBS 53/007 "Yunnan Xiaoqu Qingxiang-Type White Wine" (Yunnan Province); and one raw material standard: DB14/T 1187 "Sorghum for Brewing Qingxiang-Type White Wine" (Shanxi Province). The group standard for raw materials (sorghum) for brewing Sichuan Qingxiang-type white wine is drafted in accordance with the rules set out in the "Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China", GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guide for Standardization Work - Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules for Standardization Documents", etc.
