Scope

This part of GB/T 14352 specifies the determination of niobium, tantalum, zirconium, hafnium, and 15 rare earth elements (yttrium, lanthanum, cerium, praseodymium, neodymium, samarium, europium, gadolinium, terbium, dysprosium, holmium, erbium, thulium, ytterbium, and lutetium) in tungsten and molybdenum ores by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. This part is applicable to the determination of niobium, tantalum, zirconium, hafnium, and 15 rare earth elements (yttrium, lanthanum, cerium, praseodymium, neodymium, samarium, europium, gadolinium, terbium, dysprosium, holmium, erbium, thulium, ytterbium, and lutetium) in tungsten and molybdenum ores by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.
