T/BJZMXH 504-2022 Eco-saving container seedling cultivation technical specification for perennial plants
Basic Information
Scope
Scope: This document specifies the technical requirements for the containerized seedling propagation, testing, potting, and management of eco-friendly perennial plants. This document applies to the containerized seedling propagation of eco-friendly perennial plants. Main technical content: 4. Containerized seedling propagation 4.1 Suitable varieties: Refer to Appendix A. 4.2 Preparation before sowing 4.2.1 The sowing environment should be shaded, with a shading rate of 50%. 4.2.2 Seed selection: The seed purity should be no less than 90%, and the germination rate should be no less than 80%. 4.2.3 Substrate: Mix peat and perlite in a volume ratio of 7:3. The length of peat fibers should be ≤10 mm, and the particle size of perlite should be 2 mm to 4 mm. 4.3 Sowing 4.3.1 Cell tray sowing 4.3.1.1 The sowing time should be in April and September when the daily average temperature reaches 20 ℃. 4.3.1.2 The container selection should be based on the size of the seeds, with 72, 128, or 200 mesh cell trays available. 4.3.1.3 Labels should be pasted on the cell trays, containing the variety name, seed source, and sowing date. 4.3.1.4 Substrate filling can be done automatically or manually. For manual filling, the substrate should be evenly filled into the holes, and the cell tray should be shaken horizontally to compact it. Repeat the above sowing action until the substrate is higher than the cell tray. Level the surface substrate with a flat board to make it flush with the cell tray. 4.3.1.5 Sowing methods: Use equipment or manual sowing. According to the plant species and germination rate, plant 1-2 seeds per hole, with a sowing depth of 0.5 cm. Cover the seeds with substrate after sowing. 4.3.2 Flat tray sowing 4.3.2.1 The sowing time should refer to 4.3.1.1. 4.3.2.2 The container selection should be a perforated flat tray with dimensions of 54cm×28cm×4.8cm. 4.3.2.3 Labels should be pasted on the flat tray as in 4.3.1.3. 4.3.2.4 Substrate filling can be done automatic
