Scope

This standard specifies the principles, reagents and materials, instruments and equipment, experimental procedures, result calculation, recovery rate and precision, and allowable deviations of the high-performance liquid chromatography method for determining lycoricidine, the main component of lycoricine in cosmetics. This standard is applicable to the determination of lycoricidine in facial masks, ointments, creams, lotions, and other cosmetic products. The detection limit of the standard method is 15 mg/kg, and the quantitative limit is 50 mg/kg.
