Scope
1.0.1 In order to standardize the energy efficiency management of port terminals, unify technical requirements, improve the energy efficiency level of port terminals, and promote the energy-saving, emission-reduction, and green development of port terminals, these regulations are hereby formulated. 1.0.2 These regulations apply to the production energy efficiency management of container terminals and coal and ore dry bulk terminals. 1.0.3 In addition to complying with the provisions of these regulations, the energy efficiency management of port terminals shall also comply with the provisions of the relevant national standards currently in force.
