Scope

This standard specifies the method for determining the residual amounts of toxaphene, pyrethroids, and organophosphorus pesticides in fat-containing fur using a gas chromatograph-electron capture detector (gas chromatograph-nitrogen phosphorus detector).
This standard is applicable to the determination of the residual amounts of toxaphene, chlorpyrifos, cypermethrin, bromopropylate, and other four pyrethroid pesticides in fat-containing fur, as well as the residual amounts of baranphos, diazinon, dimephos, hymexazol, methamidophos, chlorpyrifos-methyl, deltamethrin, ethion, and phoxim in fat-containing fur.
