Scope

Scope: This document specifies the terms and definitions, information coding and identification, information collection requirements, and information management for the traceability of fresh corn quality in Suihua. This document is applicable to the collection and management of traceability information for the quality and safety of fresh corn in Suihua. Main technical content: 3 Terms and definitions: The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 29373 and GB/T 38155 apply to this document. 3.1 Traceable unit: A single product or a batch of products that need to record and trace back the relevant information about its source, use, and location. 3.2 Basic traceability data: The minimum information required to enable effective linkage between different stages within and across organizations, such as production location, producer, and production batch number. 3.3 Batch: A collection of products produced and/or processed under the same production conditions or packaged in the same way. Note 1: The batch is determined by the organization according to predefined parameters. Note 2: A batch of products can be reduced to a single unit product. 3.4 Raw material batch: Fresh corn of the same variety produced in the same cultivation base constitutes a raw material batch. 3.5 Finished batch: Products processed in the same day, the same workshop, and the same production line constitute a finished batch.
