This standard specifies the usage conditions, main parameters, basic requirements, articulated devices, body and interior equipment, doors, couplers, access passages, bogies, braking systems, electrical systems, air conditioning and heating systems, lighting systems, train control and diagnostic systems, communication, broadcasting, passenger information display and video surveillance systems, safety facilities, testing and acceptance, marking, transportation, and quality assurance periods for high-floor six-axle articulated bogie light rail vehicles used in urban rail transit (hereinafter referred to as "vehicles").
This standard applies to high-floor six-axle articulated bogie steel-wheel-steel-rail light rail vehicles (hereinafter referred to as "vehicles") operating on the ground, in tunnels, and on elevated structures.
