Scope

This standard specifies the high-performance liquid chromatography and liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry methods for the determination of 12 nitroimidazole drugs in toothpaste (as shown in Table 1). This standard is applicable to the determination of the above-mentioned 12 nitroimidazole drugs in toothpaste. The detection limit of the high-performance liquid chromatography method (for all target substances) is 3 μg/g, and the quantification limit (for all target substances) is 10 μg/g; the detection limit of the liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry method (for all target substances) is 0.3 μg/g, and the quantification limit (for all target substances) is 1 μg/g.
