Scope

This document specifies the measurement method for determining the thickness of layered molybdenum disulfide nanoflakes using atomic force microscopy.
This document is applicable to the measurement of the thickness of layered molybdenum disulfide nanoflakes transferred or grown on the surface of solid substrates, with a measurement range from a single layer of molybdenum disulfide nanoflakes to a thickness of no more than 100 nm.
