Scope
Scope: This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking and labeling, packaging, transportation, and storage of Enshi selenium tea. This standard applies to tea products produced and sold within the Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture (hereinafter referred to as "Enshi Autonomous Prefecture") and labeled as "Enshi selenium tea". Main technical content: Users of the "Enshi selenium tea" geographical indication certification trademark must have a certain scale of standardized production bases for "Enshi selenium tea" within Enshi Prefecture, and implement scientific management and standardized operations in the entire production process, as well as in aspects such as varieties, tea seedlings, tea seedling breeding, tea garden construction, tea leaf procurement, processing, packaging, storage, and transportation. The selenium elements in "Enshi selenium tea" products and raw materials must be absorbed from selenium-rich soil through plants, and may not be added artificially.
