Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements for the construction of safety and technical prevention systems in colleges, primary and secondary schools, and kindergartens in this province, and serves as the basic reference for the design, construction, inspection, and acceptance of school safety and technical prevention systems. This standard applies to the safety and technical prevention systems of colleges (including universities, higher vocational colleges, and higher technical schools), primary and secondary schools (including comprehensive middle schools, senior high schools, junior high schools, secondary vocational and technical schools, nine-year integrated schools, and primary schools), and kindergartens (including nurseries) within the administrative area of this province. The safety and technical prevention systems of other education and training institutions shall be implemented in accordance with this standard.
