Scope: This standard specifies the production operation requirements for high-quality and high-yield cultivation of rice variety Yanfeng 47 by machine transplanting, including site selection, land preparation, seedling cultivation, transplanting, fertilization, irrigation, integrated prevention and control of diseases, pests, and weeds, and harvesting. This standard applies to the high-quality, high-yield, stable, and efficient production of rice variety Yanfeng 47 in the coastal areas of Panjin City and similar ecological regions. Main technical contents: 1. Factory-produced seedling cultivation technology: Select seeds with a purity and cleanliness of 99%, a germination rate of more than 95%, and a germination vigor of more than 85%, with a moisture content of 14.5% to 15.0%. After sun-drying and removing the husk, the seeds are soaked and disinfected in a large germination box through a cyclic temperature control and oxygen supply process to achieve the mechanized production of rice seed soaking, disinfection, breaking the husk, and germination. Select loamy soil with light salinity and alkalinity, free of weed seeds, stubble, and herbicide residues. Mix the sieved high-quality composted farmyard manure with the client soil in a 7:3 mass ratio, then add an appropriate amount of seedling-enhancing agents and mix well. Each tray requires about 3.5 kg of substrate. Sow the seeds from April 10 to April 15, with each tray containing 90 to 100 g of dry seeds.
