Scope
1.O.1 This standard is formulated to regulate the design of labor safety and occupational health in wind power projects. 1.0.2 This standard applies to the design of labor safety and occupational health in new, renovated, and expanded onshore and offshore wind power projects. 1.O.3 The design of labor safety and occupational health for all onshore facilities of offshore wind power projects shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of this standard for onshore wind power projects. 1.O.4 The design of labor safety and occupational health in wind power projects should be combined with the project situation and actively adopt new technologies, new processes, new materials, and new equipment to ensure safety and reliability, protect health, advance technology, and achieve economic rationality. 1.O.5 In addition to complying with this standard, the design of labor safety and occupational health in wind power projects shall also comply with the provisions of the current relevant national standards.
