Scope

The present verification system table specifies the national reference standards for blackbody radiation at room temperature, the standard blackbody radiation, the standard infrared radiation sources, and the transfer relationships of measurement values among various infrared radiation measuring instruments, as well as the verification methods and uncertainties.
Note: Since 2003, the original "Metrology Verification System" has been collectively referred to as the "Metrology Verification System Table".
This verification system table is applicable to the transfer and measurement of various measurement values, such as total radiation brightness, total radiation illuminance, total radiation temperature, and effective emissivity, of infrared radiation sources and infrared radiation meters.
