Scope
This standard is formulated to regulate the design of acrylic fiber factories, ensuring that they are technologically advanced, economically reasonable, safe and practical, energy-saving and environmentally friendly, and resource-saving. This standard applies to the design of new, expanded, and renovated acrylic fiber and polyacrylonitrile-based carbon fiber precursor manufacturing factories. In addition to complying with this standard, the design of acrylic fiber factories shall also comply with the provisions of the relevant national standards currently in force.
