Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification and marking, basic requirements, testing methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of jet induction units.
This standard applies to jet induction units used for ventilation and air conditioning in large-space buildings (such as car parks, exhibition venues, etc.). For the use of jet induction units in car parks, please refer to Appendix A.
This standard does not apply to jet induction units used for ventilation in tunnels and galleries.
