Scope
This standard specifies the determination of the content of ketoconazole in fertilizers using high-performance liquid chromatography-triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometry.
This standard is applicable to the determination of the content of ketoconazole in water-soluble fertilizers, compound fertilizers, and mixed fertilizers.
The detection limit of ketoconazole in this method is 0.1 mg/kg, and the quantification limit is 0.5 mg/kg.
