Scope
This guidance technical document sets out the project conditions, division of responsibilities, project organization and operation, analysis of the expected results of the project, the poverty alleviation cycle, and project evaluation and management of the poverty alleviation project for the Chinese herbal medicine (notoginseng) industry. It also provides standardized typical cases of precision poverty alleviation in the notoginseng industry (see Appendix A). This guidance technical document is applicable to the operation and management of projects in the Chinese herbal medicine (notoginseng) industry.
