This guidance technical document sets out the project conditions, division of responsibilities, project organization and operation, analysis of the expected outcomes of the project, and evaluation and management of the Internet + planting service project. It also provides information on typical cases of precision poverty alleviation through Internet + planting services in China (see Appendix A).
