Scope
This guidance technical document sets out the project conditions, division of responsibilities, project organization and operation, analysis of expected project outcomes, poverty alleviation cycle, and project evaluation and management for tea industry poverty alleviation projects, and provides standardized typical cases of precision poverty alleviation in the tea industry (see Appendix A). This guidance technical document is applicable to the operation and management of tea industry projects.
