Scope

This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, and marking for dyed silk yarn in reels.
This standard applies to double-strand dyed silk yarn in reels that have undergone singeing. For blended dyed silk yarn in reels with a silk content of more than 50%, this standard shall be implemented accordingly.
