DB34/T 1476-2011 The classification and appraisal standards for established civil air defense projects
Basic Information
Scope
In order to strengthen the maintenance and management of existing civil air defense projects (especially early-stage tunnel and pit projects), correctly assess the actual situation of existing civil air defense projects, prevent and reduce safety accidents in civil air defense projects, and promote the sound and rapid development of civil air defense construction, this standard is formulated in accordance with the relevant provisions of the National and Provincial People's Air Defense Offices. The architectural forms of civil air defense projects are divided into tunnel projects, pit projects, single-built excavation projects, and air-raid shelters. The early-stage tunnel projects mainly focus on assessing the safety of the identified structures and their impact on the external environment, while other projects mainly focus on assessing the structures' protection and safety, and evaluating and classifying them based on the assessment results of various professional fields, including structure and protection, ventilation and chemical protection, water supply and drainage, and electrical systems.
