This standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of water-coal slurry dispersants. This standard applies to lignin sulfonate-based water-coal slurry dispersants and their compound products, which are made from lignin and other raw materials. They are mainly used as water-coal slurry dispersants for gasification and combustion, and are suitable for coal types with a dry ash-free volatile matter content of more than 30% of bituminous coal.
