Scope

This document provides guidance on the general principles of technology maturity evaluation in aerospace engineering, the identification of technologies and their sub-technologies to be evaluated, the definition of technology maturity levels, the engineering phases corresponding to technology maturity levels, the procedures and methods for technology maturity evaluation, the responsibilities of all relevant parties in technology maturity evaluation, and the implementation points of technology maturity evaluation.
