GB/T 40518-2021 Guideline of technology readiness assessment for aerospace engineering

Scope

This document provides guidance on the general principles of technology maturity evaluation in aerospace engineering, the identification of technologies and their sub-technologies to be evaluated, the definition of technology maturity levels, the engineering phases corresponding to technology maturity levels, the procedures and methods for technology maturity evaluation, the responsibilities of all relevant parties in technology maturity evaluation, and the implementation points of technology maturity evaluation.
This document is applicable to technology maturity evaluation conducted in various stages of aerospace engineering, including project feasibility studies, engineering development, flight tests, and in-orbit operations, for launch vehicles and spacecraft hardware and software technologies, aerospace manufacturing technologies, space experiments and applications technologies, aerospace test, launch, and recovery technologies, aerospace measurement and control, and mission control technologies, etc. Technology maturity evaluation for other projects or other types of technologies in the aerospace field can also be carried out with reference to this document.
