This standard applies to electrostatic-type catering fume purification equipment and electrostatic composite-type catering fume purification equipment. Note: This standard does not include requirements for dedicated components (groups) in electrostatic composite-type catering fume purification equipment that remove fumes by non-electrostatic methods, but other documents may have corresponding provisions.
