Scope

This standard stipulates the general provisions, inspection plans, witnessed sampling, follow-up inspection, parallel inspection, and analysis and application of inspection results for the construction quality supervision and inspection of water conservancy projects. This standard is applicable to reservoir projects, river channel projects, Grade 4 and above embankment projects, Grade IV and above culvert and sluice projects, Grade IV and above pumping station projects, and Grade VI and above ship lock projects within Jiangsu Province. Other small-scale water conservancy projects may refer to and implement it accordingly.
