Scope

This standard specifies the measurement methods for the liquid backflow rate and heating time of steam jet vacuum pumps. This standard applies to the following steam jet vacuum pumps: diffusion pumps, diffusion injection pumps (hereinafter referred to as pumps). The working temperature of the pump is (20±5)℃, and the vapor pressure of the pump working fluid is less than 100 Pa.
