This document specifies the energy consumption (hereinafter referred to as "energy consumption") index levels, technical requirements, statistical scope, and calculation methods for coal-fired condensing steam turbine generator sets.
This document applies to the energy consumption calculation and evaluation of coal-fired condensing steam turbine generator sets with a rating of 300 MW or above (including 300 MW), as well as the energy consumption control of newly built units.
This document does not apply to combined heat and power generation units.
