Scope
This document describes the testing methods for the uniformity of printed display films, mainly including sub-pixel uniformity, adjacent sub-pixel uniformity, and short-range uniformity testing methods.
This document is applicable to the testing of the uniformity of printed display films with a thickness range of 5 nm to 105 nm using probe-type surface profilers (hereinafter referred to as step profilers) and white light interferometers.
