Scope

This document establishes the principles for the application of unified social credit code information, and provides guidance on the application scenarios, application security, and feedback on application issues of unified social credit code information.
This document is applicable to guiding the parties applying unified social credit code information in identity identification, identity verification, risk warning, data governance, relationship analysis, and data analysis of legal persons and other organizations, and also applicable to guiding unified social credit code information management parties and unified social credit code information service providers at all levels to use the unified social credit code database to provide information services.
Note: Unified social credit code information refers to the basic data elements of unified social credit codes for legal persons and other organizations contained in GB/T 36104 and other related information.
