Scope

This document specifies the technical requirements for data collection and transmission in the remote service and management systems of fuel cell vehicles and hydrogen refueling stations, including communication connections, data packet structures and definitions, data cell formats and definitions, and data collection intervals.
This document is applicable to data collection and transmission between the platform of fuel cell vehicle manufacturers and the vehicle service platform, and between the platform of hydrogen refueling station operators and the hydrogen refueling station service platform.
