This document describes the principles, reagents and materials, instrumentation, sample preparation and experimental steps, experimental data processing, recovery rate, and precision of the liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method for determining cannabidiol and tetrahydrocannabinol in cosmetics.
This document is applicable to the determination of cannabidiol and tetrahydrocannabinol in cosmetics such as water-based preparations, ointments, emulsions, and gels.
This document is not applicable to cleansing cosmetics and all-oil-based cosmetics.
The method detection limits for cannabidiol and tetrahydrocannabinol in this document are both 5 μg/kg, and the quantification limits are both 10 μg/kg.
