DB34/T 1990-2013 The requirements for the quality management system of the examination organization for special equipment operators

Scope

This standard specifies the basic requirements for the establishment and implementation of a quality management system for special equipment operator examination institutions. This standard applies to the establishment and implementation of a quality management system for special equipment operator examination institutions as stipulated in the "Regulations on the Safety Supervision of Special Equipment". In principle, this standard does not apply to the quality management of examination activities other than special equipment operator examinations. When the examination activities of the examination institutions are not limited to special equipment operator examinations, the establishment and implementation of their quality management system should meet the requirements of this standard. Otherwise, they should establish and implement a separate quality management system for special equipment operator examination activities in accordance with the requirements of this standard.
