This standard specifies the technical requirements, statistical scope, calculation methods, and energy-saving management and measures for the energy consumption limit of unit products in the production system of Xuan paper. This standard applies to the calculation and assessment of energy consumption of unit products in the main production system of pulp and Xuan paper, which mainly use green sandalwood bark and Shatian straw fibers as raw materials, as well as the energy consumption control of new and modified/expanded enterprises (installations). This standard applies to handmade or mechanically-made Xuan paper products.
