Scope

This document specifies the basic technical requirements for voltage and reactive power at all voltage levels in the power system, the allowable voltage deviation, the reactive power balance and compensation, the selection of reactive power compensation equipment, the voltage regulation mode and range selection of transformers, as well as the reactive voltage control of the power system. This document is applicable to the voltage control and reactive power configuration of power systems at all voltage levels, including generation, transmission, distribution, and consumption.
