Scope

This document specifies the classification and grades, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage, accompanying documents, and order form content of recycled lithium raw materials.
This document is applicable to the production and inspection of recycled lithium raw materials obtained through processing of recovered lithium-ion battery waste and other lithium-containing waste.
Note: Recycled lithium raw materials are divided into carbonate type, sulfate type, chloride type, and phosphate type according to the different anions.
