Scope
This document describes the binary encoding and interaction methods of power system flow data, and stipulates general requirements, binary encoding, model description, and interaction methods. This document is applicable to the data exchange of power grid flow models and calculation results between power dispatching and control centers at all levels, or between various application modules within the same center, which do not involve switching information. Other application scenarios related to power grid flow data should be implemented in accordance with this document.
