Scope

This document stipulates the general requirements for fire safety, overall floor layout, building fire protection and safe evacuation, fire-fighting facilities, electrical requirements, and fire safety management in electric bicycle parking and charging stations. This document applies to the design of newly built, expanded, or renovated electric bicycle parking and charging stations within the administrative area of Dazhou City, as well as the fire safety management of those already in use. The design and fire safety management of parking and charging stations for electric assisted bicycles, electric motorcycles, and electric mopeds can be implemented with reference to this document.
