This document specifies the test equipment, test pieces, and installation for the backlash of precision reducers, as well as the test conditions, static and dynamic tests, data processing, and evaluation methods.
This document is applicable to the backlash testing and evaluation methods of planetary gearboxes, planetary oscillating gearboxes, harmonic gearboxes, and other types of precision reducers (hereinafter referred to as "precision reducers") that have requirements for backlash.
