Scope

This standard specifies the basic parameters and dimensions, classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of fisheye lenses for digital projectors (hereinafter referred to as objective lenses).
This standard applies to dedicated objective lenses installed in digital projectors (including single-target and three-target structures based on LCD, DLP, and LCOS as the core technology) used for projecting digital movies or images on a spherical screen at an equal distance.
This standard does not apply to objective lenses for non-equal-distance projection.
