Scope

This part of GB/T 29306 specifies the test method for determining the dielectric properties of insulating materials by the resonance method.
This part is applicable to the determination of the relative permittivity, dielectric loss factor, and related quantities such as the loss index of solid, liquid, or molten dielectric materials in the microwave frequency range (i.e., from about 300 MHz to the optical frequency) by the resonance method.
