Scope
This protocol specifies the methods for seed collection and processing of Zygophyllum xanthoxylum (Bunge) Maxim., greenhouse seedling production, field seedling production, Zygophyllum xanthoxylum cuttings, and techniques for bare-root seedling establishment, container seedling establishment, and seedling planting. This protocol is applicable to seedling production and afforestation of Zygophyllum xanthoxylum in the Hexi Corridor in eastern China and the Qaidam Basin.
