Scope

This procedure is applicable to the verification of the newly manufactured, in-use, and repaired BX-21 low-frequency digital phase meters, and it is also applicable to the verification of other low-frequency phase meters of the same type.
This procedure adopts the phase angle standard method.
Given that the current phase angle standard frequency upper limit is relatively low and is still inadequate for verifying the BX-21 digital phase meters, and the time interval measurement method has significant advantages in the higher frequency range, the verification method using the time interval measurement instrument will be recommended as Appendix 2.
