Scope
This document stipulates the selection of treatment and disposal methods for sludge from urban wastewater treatment plants and the technical requirements thereof. This document is applicable to the design, construction, operation, and management of sludge treatment and disposal in urban wastewater treatment plants, as well as to the completion acceptance and environmental impact assessment. In addition to complying with the provisions of this document, it shall also comply with the relevant standards currently in force in China, the industry, and Shaanxi Province.
