Scope
This standard specifies a high-performance liquid chromatography method for the determination of vitamin B6 (pyridoxal hydrochloride) in additive premix feed. This standard is applicable to the determination of vitamin B6 in vitamin premix feed and compound premix feed. The quantification limit under the chromatographic conditions of the ultraviolet detector is 30 mg/kg; the quantification limit under the chromatographic conditions of the fluorescence detector is 10 mg/kg.
