Scope

This document establishes the general principles for the management of official vehicles, and stipulates the requirements for the equipping and updating of official vehicles, vehicle management, vehicle use, vehicle disposal, and supervision and inspection. This document applies to the management of official vehicles in all levels of party organs, people's congress organs, administrative organs, CPPCC organs, supervision organs, judicial organs, procuratorial organs, as well as trade unions, Communist Youth League organizations, women's federations, and other people's groups, and public institutions managed in accordance with the Civil Service Law (hereinafter referred to as "party and government organs").
